The property has 6 spacious air conditioned luxurious bedrooms . The dining area and the visiting room are such a big space which can accommodate large number of people. The property also have a full fledged kitchen and a games room. The first floor has a big balcony with a Swing and it facing towards the river. Apart from these things the main attraction is the swimming pool. The infinity pool extending towards the Periyar river gives an enormous attraction to the property.
Property has plenty of facilities available, guest can play various board games and even enjoy playing in the river. It has a wide open area where guests can conduct functions. Fishing and self cooking is entertained by many of our clients. 
Manjaly is a place which closely related to the ancient culture of various religions. Especially the Jews of India, Christianity and also Hinduism. Because of these reasons it became a part of Kerala Muziris Binale. Tourist attractions like Chendamangalam synagogue, Krishnan kotta and Paliam fort are located within 7 km. The international tourist destination, Cherai is just 10 km from the homestay.
